Western Bulk Herbs – Bloodroot
Western Bulk Herbs – Bloodroot is a rhizome that, when prepared as a tea, relaxes the bronchial passageways and helps to relieve various throat problems. It can act as a stimulant for deficient peripheral circulation. Works well with lobelia when healing bronchitis, and with red sage when healing pharyngitis. Bloodroot is aptly named, as the rhizome and stems of the plant secret a red sap from orange flesh that gives it its namesake.
