Shipping
Shipping Charges are determined by the weight of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zip code. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction. For a shipping estimate, please add the desired product to your cart.
ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPMENT ARRIVAL.
We require that the seller pays the shipping for the carriage of the goods to the named destination. If not received, and proven you have not received the product, we will replace the item ONCE — that will also include a shipping fee for the second shipment.
We will email you both when we receive your order and when it is shipped. If you do not receive an email, then your order did not get to us.
