Herb Pharm prepares their Andrographis extract from the aerial portion of Certified Organic Andrographis paniculata plants. The herb is sometimes called the king of bitters or Green Chiretta. Andrographis is recognized as an alterative, a supporter of the immune system, and a stomachic. That is to say, it is good for detoxification as well as assisting in digestion. To assure optimal quality, the herb is custom extracted in order to thoroughly capture and preserve its immunomodulating* compounds.

The herb is extracted in small batches with Certified Organic cane alcohol to maintain the balance of phytochemicals as they exist in the plant. We assure herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then confirm it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb. The formula is easily dispensed, taken in liquid form and added to water or other liquid.
