Herb Pharm’s Blue Vervain Tincture is used by many individuals for the cleansing of the liver, as well as any issues related to liver such as hepatitis or jaundice, and even such issues as anger or shock.*

Herb Pharm prepares their Certified Organic Blue Vervain extract from the flowering tops of Verbena hastata plants. The herb is grown on Certified Organic farms in southern Oregon. It is also known as American Blue Vervain.

The herb is extracted in small batches with Certified Organic cane alcohol to maintain the balance of phytochemicals as they exist in the plant. We assure herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then confirm it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb. The formula is easily dispensed, taken in liquid form and added to water or other liquid.

To assure optimal extraction of Blue Vervain’s bioactive compounds, the uppermost tops of the plants are hand-harvested only when in full flower, are carefully shade-dried to retain their full color & aroma, and are then thoroughly extracted.

Herb Pharm Blue Vervain is never fumigated or irradiated.
