Herb Pharm Damiana Tincture has been used to treat asthma and other respiratory diseases, depression, digestive problems, menstrual disorders, and various forms of sexual dysfunction.

Damaiana herb is flavorful and aromatic, as well as a mild sedative. It makes a soothing tonic to sexual and urinary organs and is purported to increase libido. Damiana can promotes healthy menstruation. It is also a soothing diuretic and expectorant.

Herb Pharm prepares their Damiana Tincture from the leaf & flower of Turnera diffusa var. aphrodisiaca shrubs which are Certified Organically Grown or Custom Wildcrafted in their native Baja, Mexico habitat.

To assure optimal extraction of Damiana’s bioactive compounds, the plants are hand-harvested, are carefully shade-dried and cleaned of stems, and are then shipped directly to the laboratory for thorough extraction.

Damiana tincture is extracted in small batches with Certified Organic cane alcohol to maintain the balance of phytochemicals as they exist in the plant. Herb Pharm assures the herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then confirms it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb.
