To assure optimal quality Dong Quai roots, these roots are directly purchased from China. Only roots that are harvested in late autumn, removed from their superfluous rootlets, and then traditionally smoke-dried are accepted.

Herb Pharm’s Dong Quai Tincture is extracted in small batches with Certified Organic cane alcohol to maintain the balance of phytochemicals as they exist in the plant.
