Herb Pharm Elecampane Root Tincture helps expel intestinal parasites. It also helps chronic lung conditions such as bronchitis and asthma or if you have symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, wheezing in the lungs, a specific for whooping cough in children, pneumonia, diseases of the breast and malignant fevers.

Used for all affections of mucous membranes with excessive mucous secretions. Bronchial and lung irritation with teasing cough and abundant discharge; humid asthma; bronchitis; pneumonia; tuberculosis of lungs; other respiratory infections. Chronic mucous discharge from urinary bladder and the reproductive organs; leucorrhea; gleet. To cleanse stomach and intestines of excess mucous coating. Night sweats.

Herb Pharm prepares their Elecampane Root Tincture from the root of Inula helenium plants which are Certified Organically Grown on private farms without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.

To assure optimal extraction of Elecampane’s bioactive compounds, the roots are hand-harvested only in their second-year of growth, are carefully shade-dried, and are then thoroughly extracted.

Elecampane root tincture is extracted in small batches with Certified Organic cane alcohol to maintain the balance of phytochemicals as they exist in the plant. Herb Pharm assures the herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then they confirm it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb. Herb Pharm liquid extracts are easily dispensed, taken in liquid form and added to water or other liquid.
