Herb Pharm Eyebright Tincture is an anti-inflammatory (and antihistamine) which particularly affects the mucous membranes of the eyes, ears, nose, sinuses, throat and bronchi.

Used to help relieve coughs, hoarseness, headache, conjunctivitis (“pink eye”), earache and sinusitis, especially when associated with watery mucous secretions with heat and pain; hay fever and other allergies; bronchitis. During or following measles to control inflammatory mucous discharge.

Herb Pharm prepares their Eyebright tincture from fresh (undried) Euphrasia officinalis plants which are Custom Wildcrafted in their natural wild habitat.

To assure optimal extraction of Eyebright’s bioactive compounds, the plants are hand-harvested only while in full flower, and are then taken directly to thelaboratory and promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent.

Eyebright tincture is extracted in small batches with Certified Organic cane alcohol to maintain the balance of phytochemicals as they exist in the plant. Herb Pharm assures herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then confirm it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb. Herb Pharm liquid extracts are easily dispensed, taken in liquid form and added to water or other liquid.
