Fennel tincture can help with Indigestion, flatulence and fullness after meals as well as nausea and stomach disturbances and infant colic. Fennel can also benefit coughs and colds. It is an agreeable addition to liver, gallbladder and digestive formulas. It can help with suppressed or insufficient lactation. Fennel also makes a good flavoring for syrups, compounds, etc. (especially bitters and laxatives).

Herb Pharm prepares their Fennel Tincture from mature seeds of Foeniculum vulgare plants which are Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.

To assure optimal extraction of Fennel’s bioactive compounds, the seeds are hand-harvested after maturing in late summer, are carefully shade-dried and cleaned of all chaff & stem, and are then thoroughly extracted.

Fennel Tincture is extracted in small batches with Certified Organic cane alcohol to maintain the balance of phytochemicals as they exist in the plant. Herb Pharm assures the herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then they confirm it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb. Herb Pharm liquid extracts are easily dispensed, taken in liquid form and added to water or other liquid.
