Plum Flower Gan Mao Ling Tablets Dispel Wind, Clear Heat, and help to Expel Toxins

Indications:
Wind heat or mild wind cold invasion presenting with fever and mild chills, scratchy or sore throat, sudden fatigue, swollen lymph glands, thirst, soreness in the neck and shoulders, generalized body aches, headache, nasal congestion, cough with white or yellow mucus. Tongue: normal. May have a red tip, or a thin yellow coat. Pulse: floating. May be rapid or tight, depending on whether the external invasion is due to wind heat or wind cold.

Biomedical Applications:
common cold, influenza, upper respiratory tract infection, cold prevention, pharyngitis, parotitis, tracheitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, otitis media

Standard Dosage:
3-6 tablets, 3 x day.

Clinical Dosage:
Administer Gan Mao Ling half an hour before or one hour after eating. In the acute stages of illness, adult dosage may be increased to 4 tablets every 2-4 hours, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. May be used short-term for few days to a few weeks. Although Gan Mao Ling is most effective when taken at the early stages of a cold or flu, it can be taken all the way through a cold to speed recovery. The immune-enhancing quality of San cha ku also makes Gan Mao Ling a very good choice for cold and flu prevention at 4 tablets twice a day.

Ingredients:
Ilex asprella root, Evodia lepta herb, Chrysanthemum indicum flower, Vitex negundo herb, Isatis indigotica root, Lonicera japonica flower, Microcrystalline cellulose, Dextrin, Magnesium stearate, Talcum, Hypromellose. – Gang mei gen, San cha ku, Ye ju hua, Huang jing zhi/ye, Ban lan gen, Jin yin hua, Microcrystalline cellulose, Dextrin, Magnesium stearate, Talcum, Hypromellose.

Cautions & Contraindications: Contraindicated if strong chills are present. Use with caution in deficient or cold patients. Use with caution in hemorrhagic disorders or with patients on anti-coagulant therapy.
