Plum Flower Gui Pi Teapills can help with Difficulty sleeping, palpitations, worrying, poor memory, and bleeding.

Functions:
Tonifies Qi and Blood, Strengthens the Spleen, Nourishes the Heart, Calms the Shen.

Indications:
Spleen Qi and Heart Blood deficiency presenting with palpitations with or without anxiety, insomnia, dream-disturbed sleep, nightmares, restlessness, agitation, excessive thinking or worrying, phobias, forgetfulness, poor memory, poor concentration, feverishness, mild night sweats, fatigue, weakness, poor appetite, dull headache, dizziness, pale or sallow complexion, scanty menstruation, irregular menses, abnormal vaginal discharge. Also for Spleen not controlling the Blood resulting in chronic bleeding disorders such as excessive pale menstrual blood, continuous spotting, rectal bleeding, blood in the stools, bruising easily. Tongue: pale and swollen, with teethmarks and a thin white coat Pulse: thin, thready, weak, frail.**

Standard Dosage:
8 pills, 3 x day.

Clinical Dosage:
Administer Gui Pi half an hour before or one hour after eating. In severe cases or in the initial phases of treatment, a dosage may be increased to 8-12 pills 3 times per day, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. For insomnia 8-16 pills may be administered before bed. May be used long-term for several weeks to several months. May be used over the course of several years. For weakened digestion with dampness or phlegm, administer together with Bao He San/Wan or Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi San/Wan.**

Atractylodes macrocephala rhizome, Poria cocos fungus, Polygala tenuifolia root, Dimocarpus longan fruit, Angelica sinensis root, Codonopsis pilosula root, Astragalus membranaceus root, Ziziphus jujuba seed, Aucklandia lappa root, Ziziphus jujuba fruit, Glycyrrhiza uralensis root, Botanical wax, Talcum. – Bai zhu, Fu ling, Yuan zhi, Long yan rou, Dang gui, Dang shen, Huang qi, Suan zao ren, Mu xiang, Da zao, Gan cao, Botanical wax, Talcum.

Cautions & Contraindications: Contraindicated for bleeding disorders due to heat in the Blood. Contraindicated during the early stages of acute illness such as cold and flu, or during an acute infection. Use with caution in patients with a tendency to dampness or phlegm, particularly those with bloating and loose stools.**
