He Shou Wu is known to restore energy to the body, increase fertility, and maintain strength and vigor. It benefits the tendons, muscles, ligaments, and bones. Claims to prevent aging. Also, used to turn gray hair back to its natural color.

Clinical Use (Chinese):
Works on kidneys, liver, blood, pancreas, and spleen. Hepatic tonic, alterative, and diuretic.
