Directions:

For a refreshing foot bath, blend 1 teaspoon of body wash and 3 drops each of Juniper Berry and Organic Spearmint essential oils. Mix with 1/2 cup of Epsom salt and add warm water in a foot basin or tub. Add a few drops of Juniper Berry to your favorite Plant Therapy diffuser, personal inhaler, or diffuser necklace to soothe nervous tension, purify the air, and promote mental relaxation.
