Lily of the valley is herbal medicine for treating heart problems similar to digitalis (foxglove). It will help regulate the heart and can reduce blood pressure. It can also aid in the production of urine to aid the kidneys and flush out the system.

Cautions:
It is likely that Lily of the Valley interacts with various cardiac medications. Consumption of Convallaria can create unpleasant gastrointestinal effects, but serious intoxication is rare.
