Herb Pharm Oregon Grape Tincture is an alterative that enhances elimination of depraved body fluids and thereby promotes clean blood. Increases liver metabolism and elimination, and promotes gallbladder’s secretion of bile. Bitter digestive tonic; promotes healthy function of stomach and intestines, and improves digestion and assimilation. Augments glandular and urinary secretions.*

Herb Pharm prepares their Oregon Grape Tincture from the young lateral roots of Mahonia (Berberis) aquifolium shrubs which are Custom Wildcrafted in their wild mountain habitat in the Pacific Northwest.

To assure optimal extraction of Oregon Grape’s bioactive compounds, the roots are hand-dug only in late autumn or early spring, and are then carefully shade-dried and thoroughly extracted.

The herb is extracted in small batches with Certified Organic cane alcohol to maintain the balance of phytochemicals as they exist in the plant. Herb Pharm assures herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then they confirm it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb. Herb Pharm liquid extracts are easily dispensed, taken in liquid form and added to water or other liquid.
