Radish Seed, also known as (Lai Fu Zi), helps to dissolve phlegm and redirect lung qi downward to reduce cough and bronchitis. Radish seed helps to improve digestion through this qi lowering action, and relieves gas, distension, and pain.
Clinical Use (Chinese):
Lai fu zi has the action of dissipating food stagnation and improving digestion through moving the qi downward and relieving distension. It not only dissipates stagnation and promotes digestion, but also resolves phlegm through directing the qi downward.
