Plant Therapy Sage Essential Oil brings a pungent, warm-spicy, and herbaceous aroma that relieves exhaustion and fatigue as well as digestive issues. A powerful oil.

Like many herb and spice oils, Sage Dalmatian is helpful for digestive issues. It can help relieve symptoms of stress, such as emotional exhaustion, nervousness, mental fatigue, and head and neck tension. Also, Sage is a very powerful oil that can be neurotoxic in large amounts. We recommend a maximum dilution of 0.4%. This oil should also not be used while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Sage essential oil is made by harvesting fresh leaves from the herb and partially drying them. The leaves are then steam distilled in order to extract the maximum amount of the plant’s active compounds and capture the full essence of the herb in a powerful oil.

Directions:

To help with digestive upset, dilute heavily (no stronger than 0.4%) and rub on the abdomen in a clockwise fashion.

Caution:

Large amounts can be neurotoxic. We recommend a maximum dilution of 0.4% for topical applications. Must NOT be used while pregnant or breastfeeding.
