Chinese Bulk Herbs – Sterculia (Pang Da Hai)
Sterculia, also known as Boat Nut Seed, is used for coughs and hoarseness and can also be used for constipation with a headache, red eyes, and fever. Pang Da Hai loosens the bowels.
The classification of pandahai has changed many times over the years, but it hasn’t lost it’s beneficial qualities as a traditional Chinese herb.

Removes Lung Heat, soothes a sore throat, relaxes the bowels.
