Herb Pharm Yerba Santa Tincture is soothing to the bronchi and lungs; quiets coughs; stimulating expectorant. Anti-inflammatory to respiratory, urinary and gastrointestinal tracts.*

Used for chronic bronchitis and inflammation of the lungs; coughs with abundant phlegm; asthma. Especially recommended in dry coughs and dry conditions of the respiratory membranes. Chronic inflammation of the urinary tract, especially with excessive mucous discharge. Excessive stomach and intestinal mucous.

Herb Pharm prepares their Yerba Santa tincture from the dried leaf of Eriodictyon californicum shrubs which are Custom Wildcrafted in their wild native habitat in California’s Sierra Nevada Mountains.

To assure optimal extraction of Yerba Santa’s bioactive compounds, the leaves are hand-harvested in mid-summer when they are at their highest resin content, are carefully shade-dried to retain their full color and aroma, and are then thoroughly extracted.

Yerba Santa tincture is extracted in small batches with Certified Organic cane alcohol to maintain the balance of phytochemicals as they exist in the plant. Herb Pharm assures herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then they confirm it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb. Herb Pharm liquid extracts are easily dispensed, taken in liquid form and added to water or other liquid.
