Laurence Layne, DOMPT, EWCH, LMT
Manual Therapy Practitioner (Osteopathy), Clinical Herbalist, and Holistic Health Practitioner.
Laurence is a Florida State Licensed Massage Therapist (#MA10746). He is a 1989 graduate of the Atlanta School of Massage, Atlanta, Georgia. Laurence has training, certification and strong skills in advanced manual therapy techniques such as Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy and Cranial Osteopathy, and Muscle Energy Technique. Laurence is a graduate (Diplomate) of the Ontario College of Osteopathy, Canada.
Laurence’s qualifications include certification as an East West clinical herbalist, having studied and practiced Chinese Herbal Medicine, Ayurveda, and Western Herbalism for almost three decades. He integrates techniques from Chinese Medicine such as cupping, scrapping (Gua Sha), moxibustion, topical herbs, and Chi Kung into his practice of Western bodywork. Click here for more info.

Mindy Jaques – Acupuncture Physician, Herbalist
Mindy Jaques is an acupuncture physician, and has studied qigong, Chen Taijiquan and Chinese medicine under Kam Lee since 2010. She is a graduate of Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine and holds a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine. While at Dragon Rises she studied medical qigong, an integral part of their master’s program in Oriental medicine – alongside acupuncture and Chinese herbology. She is also a licensed paramedic and has been an instructor for the American Heart Association for the last 15 years. This combined experience has allowed her to join eastern and western medical theory into her practice.
Dr. Joanne Reed – Natural Health Consultant
Dr. Joanne Reed had been practicing optometry for many years when she realized she wanted to offer more to her patients. Eye disease is often a result of poor physical/emotional/environmental health, and working to heal the body can often heal the eyes as well. After taking extra courses in Biochemistry, Nutrition and Microbiome health, she decided to make the move to Toronto, Canada and study Naturopathic Medicine. After she obtained her Doctorate, she joined Healing Waters Clinic as a Natural Health Consultant. Together, you will work as a team utilizing personalized education, nutrition and supplement mentoring, homeopathic remedies, and lifestyle coaching, to gently guide your body toward health and wellness. With these new skills, you will learn to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Erin McKinnon, LMT – FL State Licensed Massage Therapist
Erin is a FL State Licensed Massage Therapist (MA#38258) and St. Augustine native who graduated from Healthbuilders School of Therapeutic massage in 2001. She is certified in Integrative Prenatal Massage and as a mama of two boys herself, enjoys participating in the journey of motherhood with her clients. Erin also works with a variety of clients using various modalities such as Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Foot Reflexology, Table Thai Massage, and Therapeutic Massage for overall relaxation. She is grateful for the opportunity to help those in need.
Lenora Hughes – Reiki & Yoga Practitioner
Leonora “Lee” Hughes is a compassionate holistic wellness guide, Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner, Certified Nursing Assistant, and 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor. Her personal journey with severe arthritis and Crohn’s disease led her to explore the connection between nourishment, stress, emotional well-being, and the body’s natural ability to heal. After finding relief and remission through a more holistic path, Lee felt called to support others seeking greater balance, peace, and well-being. Her approach creates a calm, welcoming space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember that healing is possible. Clients find her healing touch to be a powerful healing experience.

Kelsey Schirard - General Manager
Kelsey is one of the friendly voices you hear on the phone who will help you to book your appointments. She also assists in herbal medicine making and dispensing herbs for our patients. She also makes general recommendations to patients and new customers to the herb shop.
Baby Coco
Coco is our resident game warden and live-in mousketeer. She has been "employed" at our clinic since 2015.
