Pure Moxa Rolls for Mild Moxibustion is a Chinese herbal cigar mostly containing mugwort, burned to facilitate healing of the body.

This traditional Chinese medicine is used indirectly during acupuncture to treat moxibustion. Pure Moxa Rolls for mild moxibustion (joss sticks) are used in traditional Chinese medicine for moxibustion treatment. Joss sticks can be used indirectly during acupunture treatment.

Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves the burning of mugwort, a small, spongy herb, to facilitate healing. Moxibustion has been used in Asia for thousands of years purpose of moxibustion is to strengthen the blood, stimulate the flow of qi, and maintain general health.

Directions:

Use is similar to incensing smudge sticks. With a strong lighter or flame, ignite the tip of the moxa stick. Once entire surface of tip is glowing, extinguish flame and use radiant heat therapeutically as needed. Clear ash from stick regularly, extinguish stick by immersing in sand or placing in a sealed container.

Be sure ashes fall on a fire-proof surface. Keep away from flammables. Don’t leave unattended. Keep away from children. Not for human consumption.
